Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CrediVerify 360 (“the Platform”), operated by Crux India. By signing in or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

Access to the Platform is provided to authorized users of subscribing organizations. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for legitimate business verification, due-diligence, and compliance purposes only. You agree to use it in accordance with applicable laws and any authorization you hold for the data you process.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not access data you are not authorized to view or process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Platform to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of any person or entity.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data or reports except as permitted by your agreement.

4. Data & Reports

The Platform retrieves information from official government and regulatory sources and compiles it into reports. While we strive for accuracy, source data may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to change, and we do not warrant that results are error-free. You are responsible for independently confirming material findings before relying on them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Crux India and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform; no other rights are granted.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crux India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the Platform or its users. Your organization may end its use in accordance with its agreement with us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
