This Privacy Policy explains how CrediVerify 360 (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), operated by Crux India, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our business verification and compliance services. By accessing the Platform you agree to the practices described below.

• Account information — the user ID, role, and credentials your organization uses to sign in.
• Case & verification data — business and individual identifiers you enter or upload (e.g. GSTIN, CIN, Udyam, PAN, director details) and the documents, photographs, and reports generated for each case.
• Usage data — basic technical logs such as actions performed, timestamps, and errors, used to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies & local storage — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See “Cookies” below.

2. How We Use Information

• To run the verification workflows you request and to retrieve records from official government sources (e.g. GST and MCA portals).
• To generate, store, and let you preview evidence-backed reports for your cases.
• To authenticate users, maintain security, and prevent misuse.
• To diagnose problems and improve reliability and performance.

3. Data Sources & Third Parties

The Platform queries publicly available government and regulatory databases to verify the details you submit. We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform (such as secure hosting), and where required by law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Case data and uploaded evidence are stored within your organization’s workspace on access-controlled infrastructure. We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we work to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session and save preferences. You may decline non-essential cookies, but the Platform requires session storage to function. Your session data stays on your device.

6. Data Retention

We retain case and verification data for as long as your organization maintains its account or as required to comply with legal, audit, and regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of specific records subject to those obligations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Requests can be made through your administrator or by contacting us below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
